Pianist, chamber musician

Aleksandra Hałat

I believe that chamber music has a unique power to connect artists with the audience, which makes it possible to integrate even the most seemingly distant artistic worlds. Being an artist and musician, I want to break with the set patterns, to reach for innovative ideas, to restore the forgotten and discover new ideas, and to educate.

“Aleksandra Hałat is one of the most interesting artistic personalities of the recent years. Her creativity, instrumental versatility, courage and musical instinct evoke respect and trust. This pianist cannot get unnoticed…” – Teresa Księska-Falger

About me

I am a pianist, chamber musician, researcher and educator. Classical music, especially chamber music, is my great passion. For me, it is a space for research and artistic experiments as well as research projects. I believe that classical music can only inspire by arousing new ideas, destroying patterns, creating a new vision of a better world.

Upcoming events

I have been most impressed watching and hearing the artistic spontaneity, together with poignancy of performance, of Aleksandra and the Halat duo. Their performance at Leiston Abbey and the international chamber music school Pro Corda last Autumn was simply stunning, and received great reviews from all who attended. Aleksandra is an artist of great integrity and imagination.

Andrew Quartermain / CEO and Artistic Director, Pro Corda International Chamber Music School, UK

Aleksandra Hałat is an exceptional pianist and great musician. Her performance is smart and “seeking” in every sense of this word. She is searching for new interpretative, sound and repertoire solutions. It is worth observing her achievements all the time.

Arkadiusz Kubica / prof. Ph.D. hab.

Mrs Aleksandra Hałat is an excellent pianist, she leads an intense artistic life. I admire her passion and consistency in pursuing her set goals.
